About Wesley
Wesley Vernon Frantz was born on October 4th, 1955, the only child to Lee and Peggy. Wes has an educational background in art, beginning with his time at Black Hawk College in Illinois. From there, he went on to attend the Kansas City Art Institute and the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts.
